1. Information We Collect

To ensure the security of our application and to improve the quality of our service, we collect the following personal data:

Identification data: First name, last name, patronymic, passport or ID card details, and PINFL (personal identification number), provided through the MyID system.
Contact data: Phone number.
Financial data: Transaction history carried out through the Click system and secure tokens of card details (your full card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our servers).
Technical data: Device ID, operating system version, and application usage statistics.

2. Purposes of Data Use

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

To verify the user's identity (KYC) and to prevent fraud;
To legally formalize transaction agreements between the parties;
To improve system services and to maintain internal analytical and statistical reports;
To detect technical issues and to provide user support.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

3.1. Users' personal data is never sold or rented to third parties.

3.2. Data may only be provided to carry out payments (to the Click system) and, on lawful grounds, in response to an official request from law enforcement authorities.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

4.1. Users have the right to request deletion of their account at any time through the application settings (in accordance with App Store and Google Play requirements).

4.2. Even after an account is deleted, the user's transaction history and contractual data will be securely retained in the archive for the minimum period established by law — as required by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on countering the legalization of proceeds from financial and criminal activity — and will be completely destroyed thereafter.
